On 14th of June The grand event "Opened Door Day" took place in typography "STPRES", Kryvyi Rig. There were the representatives of the companies such as Aneid, founder of STPRES; MacHOUSE, which helped to buy the roll machine CityLine Express 35; and Raiffeisen Leasing Aval, which financed buying of this roll machine by leasing.

As Vasily Denisiuk, Director of typography STPRES reported, printing-houses with such equipment exist only in several Ukrainian cities, excluding Kiev. According to Chief of production the main advantage of the new typography is the timeliness and quality. To ensure these two important criteria the respective equipment was purchased. At the moment, roll machine is printing local newspaper "Lucky" by 0,5-million circulation.

Gennady Shmyrev, founder printing-house STPRES, noted the main specifics of this typography, that it publishes newspapers for clients from different cities of Ukraine. Among the potential customers are publishing houses from Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovograd, Dneprodzerzhynsk, Nikopol, Mykolayiv and others.

One of the most difficult stage in the acquisition of this equipment was searching money. So in that situation leasing was very helpful. We appealed to more than 5 large Ukrainian leasing companies, and only Raiffeisen Leasing Aval agreed to finance the newly established typography. As you know lack of turnover and assets of enterprise are often the reason why the majority of banks refused to sign a lease or credit contract. Even so, if bank agrees to finance buying of equipment the interest rate will be so high that it will not be expedient financially.

Thanks to a young and energetic team of Raiffeisen Leasing Aval (the company was founded in June 2006) new typography "STPRES" started its operational activity. According to Natalia Kononenko, sales officer of equipment leasing department, Raiffeisen Leasing Aval is going to strive forward and is developing a number of other interesting projects. Generally speaking about this event, Natalia noted that it is the culmination of Raiffeisen Leasing Aval and MacHOUSE’s cooperation. She also added that it was their first joint project, and in spite of this MacHOUSE became the reliable business partner of Raiffeisen Leasing Aval.
