In August 2007 LLC Raiffeisen Leasing Aval has celebrated the first anniversary of the operational activity on the Ukrainian leasing market.

June 2007 is marked as the closing stage of successful first year of Raiffeisen Leasing Aval’s activity on Ukrainian lease market. The company was registered in June 2006, but in fact it became operational at the end of August 2006. Raiffeisen Leasing Aval has reached break-even point in 10 operational months.

In a network of the company except for the central office which is to the address: Kiev, Moscow avenue, 9 - 5 branches in the regional centres - Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk, Lvov, Odessa and Kharkov are also work.

Nowadays Raiffeisen Leasing Aval has a number of the realized projects practically in all strategic spheres of manufacture and services (transport and building branches, an agriculture, polygraphy etc.). Raiffeisen Leasing Aval has signed more than 1500 contracts and close cooperates with more than 100 suppliers - leading dealers and manufacturers of the equipment, transport and engineering of well-known brands. Clients and suppliers Raiffesen Leasing Aval are in all regions of Ukraine. Company has central office in Kyiv to the address: Moskovskiy Ave, 9, - and 5 branches: Dnipropetrivsk, Donetsk, Lviv, Kharkiv, Odesa. And at the end of November 2007 the company had total assets of approximately $ 110 mln.

Raiffeisen Leasing Aval’s client policy is directed on an individual approach, loyalty in estimation of creditworthiness, fast decision-making, flexibility in payment schedule („pay as you earn“) that allows the client to save own time and financial resources. LLC Raiffeisen Leasing Aval serves all types of legal entities - from private entrepreneurs up to leading Ukrainian industrial groups. Small and medium enterprises form 60% of the company’s client portfolio.

Raiffeisen Leasing Aval offers a full complex of financial leasing services of vehicles (including machines) and the equipment. The considerable part of the company’s portfolio is made up by leased vehicles (88%) from which the significant part is formed by agricultural machinery (50%) and building engineering (34%). The rest of the portfolio is occupied by the technological equipment (12%).
